Step by step:

On the board draw a silhouette in the shape you want and cut it along the boundary. Lay it on the wall and trace the design, makes the board to the other side and trace the other half. Once you have armed the only remaining paint design within the design layout. Leave to dry the paint and go. If you think need apply two coats of paint allowing drying between each.
