Step by step:

Before you wash and dry all the cans. Then, on a table or other flat surface locates the cans to form a design of your choice. When you're ready you go hitting the cans following the design you chose. Be sure to put glue on each side that touch the cans. Glue all the cans and let dry well.

Finally put 1 or 2 hooks to hang pictures on the top of the back and you're ready to hang on the wall.
