Everybody does that or we get bored of our furniture or simply still likes us but over time has been responsible for damaging them. Well, just wanted and needed a bit of craft to renew easily and inexpensively. All you have to do is renew the upholstery, and do not know how, I explained below.

Materials:

C / No Foam Rubber 4 cm thick
C / n fabric or leather upholstery ecological
C / No bugs or upholsterer's tacks
Hammer
Scissors

Step by step:

To make this work, you need to know the parts of a tapestry.

Outdoor Upholstery: fabric or leather upholstery.
Lining: is used to cover the filling.
Second filling: cotton generally is used to shape the seat.
First filling: straw, to form a pad.
Burlap: Used to cover the springs and keep the filling.
Strings: tough cord that is applied to hold the springs and prevent movement.
Springs: they give the wire and more padded upholstery.
Roll corner, formed with the same strap rolled and stitched. Give firmness to the edges of the upholstery.
Straps: cotton or jute. It is used to support the seat and as containment of the springs.

For a home upholstery, foam cut to 4 cm thick on the exact size of the seat. Short to medium thick material that is not transparent foam rubber (may be ecological leather, corduroy or upholstery fabric), leaving 3 cm perimeter longer to perform the fold.

Place the foam in the seat, then the fabric and studded with thumbtacks or upholstery subject these materials to the wood of the chair or couch.
